Summer fun above the clouds: the French airline has introduced a range of new dishes for premium travel classes.
Air France is introducing some innovations in Business Class. The airline is now offering a new seat in the A350, but the taste experience is also to be taken to a new level. For this, the airline is cooperating with two starred chefs, as if from one Press release may be seen. New dishes will be offered in Business Class and First Class.
Over the next four months, Air France passengers will be able to sample a range of new dishes in Business and First class. From July to October, new creations concocted by renowned starred chefs will be offered on board. In total, Air France is working this year with 17 chefs who will concoct dishes on departure from Paris in the Business and First Class cabins as well as in the airport lounges.
French chef Thierry Marx has already obtained two Michelin stars. Now he has created eight new dishes for business class. It particularly focuses on herbal ingredients.
Like travel, cooking brings people together. These are values that I share with Air France for the pleasure of its customers.

The following dishes can be selected up to 24 hours before the flight:
Air France recently introduced new business class menus on routes to Canada. Special menus are also offered to passengers on flights departing from Singapore and Reunion.
New menus are also available in First Class Air France. Here, the airline collaborates with three-starred chef Régis Marcon. The French regions of Ardèche and Auvergne in particular are included in his work:
There are also four new desserts that can be ordered on board from the rotating à la carte menu: Southern Delight, Le Mediterranean, Le Mocha and a dish consisting of tea, an orange and kalamansi.
The new creations in Air France Business Class and First Class seem promising, especially since several starred chefs have developed the concepts. At the same time, rumors have recently swirled that the airline wants to eliminate free drinks and snacks in economy class. Because Air France has conducted surveys with customers who might suggest a menu to buy on board. However, this was denied by a press office.
