With the opening of the new Terrex store in Vancouver, the first Canadian store of the outdoor branch of Adidas sees the light of day.
The new store is located in Kitsilano, Vancouver’s outdoor hub. The store’s line of apparel, footwear and accessories are designed specifically for Vancouver outdoor enthusiasts interested in trail running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing and more. The store features adidas Terrex merchandise previously only available online or in select stores in Canada. Best-selling products such as the Terrex Free Hiker outdoor shoe, Xploric outdoor clothing and the Agravic Trail range are the focus of the new store.
The store features a shoe wall with a digital screen for product showcases, as well as a textured pebble floor for product testing. Under a canopy planted with living plants, store visitors can also learn about Adidas’ efforts to avoid plastic waste.
The aim is also to further develop the new store into a meeting point for the outdoor community, where customers can test new products and exchange ideas before or after their outdoor adventures.
